India’s Squad for Women’s Tri-Nation ODI series: The announcement for the tri -series of the Indian women’s cricket team has been announced. A five -match series will be played between India, Sri Lanka and South Africa from 27 April. The BCCI has also given a place in Team India to Shuchi Upadhyay of Madhya Pradesh for this series. Left arm spinner Shuchi has performed brilliantly on several occasions. He has performed well in domestic cricket.
Shuchi is from Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also shared a post on X for Shuchi. She wrote on X, “Congratulations heartily to Shuchi Upadhyay, daughter of Mandla district on being selected in the Indian women’s cricket team. It is a matter of pleasure for all of us to join the Indian team in the triangular series against Sri Lanka and South Africa. You will brighten the name of the state and country through your excellent sports, best wishes.”

State Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishwas Sarang has also congratulated Shuchi by talking on a video call.
