Shah Rukh Khan and his family are about to leave Mannat. Shah Rukh will shift to a luxury apartment in Bandra with his family. Pali Hill Bandra’s four -storey luxury apartment Pooja Kasa fare will be 24 lakhs every month. Shah Rukh and his family will last for the next 2 years in this apartment. This luxury apartment is made by film producer Vasu Bhagnani. It is owned by the producer’s son Jackie Bhagnani and daughter Deepshikha Deshmukh.
The agreement has been signed between Shah Rukh’s production company Red Chillies and Vasu Bhagnani’s son Jackie Bhagnani for Pooja Kasa Kasa apartment. Shah Rukh and his family will also have his security team and staff in this house.

According to media reports, renovation and extension work in Mannat is going to start from May. Changes are to be made at a big level in vow. According to the report of Hindustan Times, renovation work was to be done in Mannat for the last two years. There are two more floors to be built in this house, for which Gauri Khan has also received permission from Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority. This iconic bungalow of Shahrukh comes in the grade-3 heritage states, due to which the court permission has to be taken to make any changes in it.
Actor and his wife Gauri Khan bought this bungalow in 2001. Mannat was earlier known as Villa Vienna.
Actor can get Rs 9 crore as refund
A month ago, there was a news about Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow that he could get 9 crore rupees as a refund from the government. In fact, Shah Rukh filed a petition in the year 2022 that he had given more money to the collector of Mumbai suburban district for the bungalow land. Two years later, the Maharashtra government approved the actor’s petition. If approval is received, Shah Rukh Khan can get about 9 crore rupees as a refund.
Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s Bungalow Mannat Band is in Bandra, Bandra. Earlier, the honor of this land was someone else, later he sold this land to Shahrukh Khan. The property spread in 2 thousand 446 square meters was done in the name of Shahrukh and Gauri Khan through a registered agreement. After purchasing the land, Shah Rukh Khan and his wife decided to take a profit of the state government policy. This policy gives permission to convert the property on lease into a complete honorship. Both paid 25 percent of the price in March 2019 as per the state policy, which was around Rs 27.50 crore.
Shahrukh bought this luxurious bungalow for Gauri
Shah Rukh Khan bought this dream home for his wife Gauri. Mumbai’s architect Kaif Vakih renovated this 6000 sq ft bungalow. Shahrukh’s wife Gauri is an interior designer. He decorated his house from inside on the 1920 Royal theme. Shah Rukh spent crores of rupees to groom it.
After purchasing Villa Vienna, Shah Rukh wanted to name this bungalow, but later he named his home.
Shah Rukh Khan’s family lives in just 2 floors in the 6 -storey vow. The rest of the floors are used for other facilities like office, private bar, private theater, swimming pool, guest room, gym, library, play area and parking. The vow has five luxury bedrooms, multiple living areas and dining areas. The structure of this bungalow is of the 20th-century grade-3 heritage, which opens from every side. Via the sky, backwards and towards the shore. A beautiful view of the sea is seen from every floor of vow.
