Basit Ali Statement on Pahalgam Terror Attack: Indo-Pakistan is face to face after the Pahalgam terror attack. Legendary Indian cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh have mourned this attack. Now the reaction of a legendary cricketer from Pakistan has come to light. Basit Ali described the dead people as a martyr in the terrorist attack and said that this is a big oppression. The legendary cricketer said that such an act is not capable of forgiveness at all.
Basit Ali called people who lost their lives in Kashmir as ‘martyrs’. He said that no one has the right to kill another person, so those who carried out this attack in Pahalgam are not able to forgive at all.
Whatever be Hindu-Christian or anyone …
Basit Ali said, “Nobody has the right to kill anyone, it says my religion. Whether it is a Christian, Jewish or belongs to any religion. One who lives someone else, he cannot be a Muslim. My elder brother will do so, I will shoot him.” Basit Ali praised the BCCI’s decision, under which Mumbai Indians vs Sunrisers Hyderabad match all the matches, commentators and players came down with a black band on the arm.
I was also hanged …
There was a glimpse of anger in Basit Ali’s words. He said, “I say that whoever has done this act should not be forgiven. If I had done this, I should have been hanged. I have not written in Islam to kill anyone.” The Pakistani veteran even said that the same should happen to those who have done this cowardly act with innocent people.
Let us tell you that 26 people lost their lives in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam region. Prior to Basit Ali, another Pakistani legendary cricketer Mohammad Hafeez has also mourned the terrorist attack through social media.
