The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has declared the results of the CA Foundation and Intermediate Exams for the January 2025 season. Candidates can now check their results by visiting the official website icai.nic.in. To check the result, candidates can also follow the steps given here.
A total of 110,887 candidates participated in the CA Foundation Examination of January 2025 session, out of which 23,861 candidates have been successful. The passing percentage of this exam was 21.52%. The CA Foundation examination was held on 12, 16, 18 and 20 January 2025. Candidates who secured minimum 40 marks in each subject and 50% marks in total were declared passes. In addition, candidates scoring more than 70% marks were given the status of “Pass with Distinction”.
CA Intermediate Results
At the same time, Dipanshi Aggarwal of Hyderabad topped the CA Intermediate Examination. He scored 521 out of 600. A total of 48,261 candidates had participated in this examination, out of which 6,781 candidates were successful. The passing percentage of this exam was 14.05%.

Result check process
To check the result of ICAI, candidates must first visit the official website icai.nic.in. There they have to login by entering their registration number and date of birth. After this, candidates can check their results and also download it.
Necessary information
For the CA Foundation Examination, it was mandatory to score a minimum of 40 marks in each subject and a total of 50% marks. At the same time, candidates who secure more than 70% marks are declared nearby with distinction. If a candidate sees any error in his scorecard, then he can contact ICAI officials and get it fixed.

How to check the result
To check the result, the candidates first go to icai.nic.in.
Then click on the ICAI CA January 2025 result link on the homepage.
After this, enter your registration number and roll number.
After submitting the details, your result will appear on the screen.
After this, the candidate download the result.
In the end, the candidates take a print out of it.
