The proceedings of the budget session in Haryana will begin on the third day (March 11) at 11 am. MLAs and opposition MLAs will discuss the Governor’s address in the House with Question Hour and Zero Hour.

On the third day, the Congress will be an attacker on many issues. There is a possibility of uproar in the House on the CAG report presented in the House.
This budget session will run till 28 March. CM Naib Saini will present his first budget on March 17. There is a possibility that a budget of Rs 1.95 lakh crore will be presented. Earlier, former CM Manohar Lal Khatter presented a budget of Rs 1.89 lakh crore.

Batra said- Mafia occupies land, CM replied At the beginning of the second day of the House, Congress MLA Bibi Batra and Minister Mahipal Dhanda came face to face. Batra said that my assembly was occupied in Johar (pond). The mafia has captured this government land. Minister Dhanda responded to this. After which Bhupendra Hooda stood up and said to give the correct answer. After this CM Naib Saini stood up. He said- This is the land of the Waqf Board. Minister Dhanda said whether Batra has any letter related to this land, which mentions Johar.

Arjun said- Fake award to VC of Haryana Agricultural University Raising the issue of Chaudhary Charan Singh Agriculture University (CCSHAU), MLA from Sirsa’s queens, Arjun Chautala said- Recently the Vice Chancellor has received the MS Swaminathan Award, but this award is completely fake. It is available for five thousand rupees. This award has been received by only 13 people so far. The government should take action against it.
Demand for holiday to read budget Former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda demanded a holiday on March 18 to read the budget. He said that the budget will be presented on March 17 at 2 pm. The next day on March 18, the proceedings of the House will begin at 11 am. During this time no MLA will get a chance to read the budget. On this, Speaker Harvindra Kalyan told that all the preparations have been done, so now some decision will be taken on this in further proceedings.
Governor’s address in first day proceedings On the first day of the budget session, Governor Bandaru Dattatreya was addressed. During this, he said that the aim of the government is to uplift the poor. He told the state and central government about the honor and help received by farmers and players.
The Governor, while explaining the work ahead of the government, asked the legislators to use the time of the House. He said that all members should give priority to public interest. This responsibility belongs to every member.
