Du admission 2025-26: Delhi University has launched its admission Information Bulletin for the academic session 2025-26. This time, two major changes have been made in the rules of admission in undergraduate courses. Officials said that admissions for UG courses will be based on the number of Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
It has been said by the Delhi University Administration that the information bulletin has been uploaded on the university’s admission website admission.uod.ac.in, it has been informed about the qualification, number of seats and other guidelines for admission to every course of DU. There is an appeal to the students that they should read these guidelines once before starting the admission process. Only then fill NTA CUET UG form. Let me tell you, the last date for filling the form is 22 March.
It is necessary to give CUET of subject read in 12th class
The DU administration has said that for admission in undergraduate courses, it is necessary to give students the CUET of the subjects that they have studied in 12th class or are the subject similar to them. Let us know, the registration process for CUET undergraduate course has already been started. This time it is necessary to choose DU in the form for students who fill the form.
These two big changes made
Officials said that the qualification in the program of Humanities was only one language and three subjects. It has been changed. Now the option to choose two language subjects has been given to the students. Apart from this, the qualification in Science subject with PCM (Physics, Workie, Math) or PCB (Physics, Kamosty, Biology) has been removed in CUET’s mandatory to get 30 % marks in the language. Officials say that the admission process has been simplified with these two major changes. Let me tell you, there will be admissions for about 71 thousand seats of 79 UG programs and 198 BA Program Commentation of DU’s 68 colleges.
