Students who had appeared in the board examination conducted by CBSE Board, their wait can now end. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) may soon declare the results of class 10th and 12th. As soon as the result is released, students will be able to check their score by visiting the official website of the board. CBSE had conducted 10th and 12th examinations from 15 February to 4 April 2025 this year, in which about 42 lakh students participated. If we look at the result schedule of previous years, it can be guessed that this year also the results can be released anytime in the first or second week of May.
According to media reports, the result in 2024 was released on 24 May and in 2023 on 12 May. In view of this pattern, this time too, the results are expected to be declared around 12 May 2025. However, the official date has not been announced by the board yet.

How many numbers are required to pass?
To pass CBSE exam, students are required to get at least 33 percent marks in every subject. Apart from this, 9 point grading system of CBSE is also applicable.
A1 grade is given to students who get 100 to 91 marks. Those with 90 to 81 marks are given A2 grade and grade in the same order, where E grade is considered to be the lowest.
Where and how to see the result?
After the result is released, students will be able to check their score by visiting the official website like cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in. Apart from this, results can also be seen through Digilocker App and SMS service. Students are advised to keep your admit card details with you while checking the result.
