Robot Dog IPL Broadcast Team: The Indian Premier League is constantly progressing in technology. Now a new member has been added to the broadcast team of IPL. Through the social media account of the IPL, it has been informed that now a robotic dog will also be part of the broadcast team. In the video surfaced, former New Zealand cricketer and now famous for his commentary, Danny Morrison, confirmed that this Robotic Dog will now record the match for IPL’s broadcast team.
This robotic dog is equipped with many special features and cameras have been fitted for broadcasting. This robot was also seen obeying Danny Morrison. This dog was seen shaking hands with the players and even standing on two legs, he shocked the ress topley. He was seen pointing like a TV review in the style of the umpire and Hardik Pandya was also seen having fun with him.
Delhi-Mumbai players shocked
In IPL 2025, both teams were seen practicing before the Delhi Capitals vs. Mumbai Indians match. Delhi Capitals captain Akshar Patel was surprised and asked, “What is this?” On the other hand, Mumbai Indians bowler Reece Topley also surprised, “What kind of dog it is.” At the same time, when that robot agreed to Hardik Pandya, the MI captain called him as ‘Good Boy’.

Why did a robot dog come to IPL?
This robotic dog will now record live action of IPL matches from different angles. The aim of this new initiative is that the audience can enjoy the match with a new angle. In this social media post, fans have been urged to suggest better names for this robotic dog.
