Question- Do you go to the bottom of the case?
Justice Suryakant: I am a good judge, but I am a journalist at heart. I try to go to the bottom by examining the facts, so that they can catch things, which were hidden by misusing the justice process. I see the documents on doubt. By doing this, you can give justice to the victims. I analyze the arguments of both sides like a journalist whether the process that is told is correct or not? Many times such facts come out, which cannot even be imagined.
Question- What should a judge be like?
Justice Suryakant: Restrained. Abstinence makes many tasks. Once a lawyer was calling the judges and lawyers good and bad in a loud voice in front of the Chief Justice. I told him, whatever you want 15 minutes, but then go to drink tea with me. He calmed down on this.
Question- There are many comments on the court?
Justice Suryakant: We do justice. Rhetoric or comment on it is not the job of the judge. We see only two sides on the judge’s chair, which have to settle the dispute. We do not do politics. Our job is to see the values established by the Constitution.
Question- How do you see courts?
Justice Suryakant: Like a hospital. The patient goes to the hospital in trouble. The doctor relieves disease. People come to court in case of injustice. The judges do justice.

On completion of the investigation, the report will be submitted to the CJI. He did not answer on the question of making the report public.
At the same time, Justice BR Gavai said in the conversation that whenever he feels like eating Maharashtra, Maharashtra goes to the Sadan or Delhi Haat. In both places, they get the taste of the land of Maharashtra, which they like. In Delhi, they like Chole-Kulche.
