Explosive entertainer Carlos Alcaraz turned break point into a wild tennis thrill ride.
In his second clay match of the season, Alcaraz conjured the dirt point of the year.

Down break point against Daniel Altmaier, Alcaraz raced forward to flick an acute-angle drop shot only to see the German slide a reply down the line.
A streaking Alcaraz ran down the blurring ball, flicked an absolutely insane running tweener lob into the corner, recovered to the center of the court then finished with a flourish.

An amped up Alcaraz soared through 11 of the last 13 games dismissing the German qualifier 6-3, 6-1.
The third-seeded Spaniard will face 12th-seeded Frenchman Arthur Fils in the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters quarterfinals. It will be the first meeting between the reigning Roland Garros and Wimbledon winner and the highly-talented Fils, who swept Andrey Rublev 6-2, 6-3 earlier today.
