VITRIOL Announce KEITH MERROW As Their New Co-Guitarist

After Vitriol vocalist and guitarist Kyle Rasmussen said he could be “a difficult person to work with,” the death-metal band have announced the addition of Keith Merrow as a co-guitarist.

Founding member Adam Roethlisberger, responsible in part for vocals and for bass, left Vitriol mid-tour last September, stating that the band has “had interpersonal pressure for awhile now,” but “it is what it is.”

Now, nearly six months to the date of Roethlisberger‘s departure, Vitriol have announced that Merrow would be taking up “the reins as the co-guitarist” in the band.

Keith Merrow, known for his work in Merrow, Nightmarer, Conquering Dystopia, Demisery, and Alluvial, said that his new position with Vitriol reminds him of why he loves “guitar and extreme music.”

Now, the band are “off to war” with a tour in Eastern Europe. You can peruse dates below, just in case you’re thinking of a summer holiday…
