US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that visa holders will have to prove themselves to be living in America every day.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has warned all visa holders that action would be taken if he supported organizations like Hamas and Hizbullah in the name of freedom of expression and free speech.
Marco Rubio wrote in a news article on Monday- Foreign nationals do not have the right to come to America, but it is a privilege given by the government to those who respect American laws and values.

The US Supreme Court had made it clear decades ago that the visa holder or other foreign, Hamas or Hizbullah could not use the first amendment of the Constitution to support or violate American laws. By doing this, they will have to suffer the consequences – including cancellation of the visa or notice.
F-1, H-1B visa holders and green card holders warns Secretary Rubio alleged that Palestine protesters, who are mostly foreigners, close the American college campus. He also accused them of harassing Jewish students.
Some such protests were also held in American companies. The most recent protest took place at Tech Giant Microsoft.
Warning all visa holders, Rubio wrote-Regardless of the H-1B visa, F-1 visa and even those who have a green card, understand the Trump government is fully committed to stop such activities. President Trump will continue using his zero tolerance policy against foreign nationals.

Marco Rubio’s warning has come at a time when the US has recently announced new visa rules. According to the new rules implemented from April 11, all foreign nationals will have to keep their passport, visa permit and green card with all the time in the US. These are applicable to all types of visas, including F-1 visa, H-1B visa and green card holder.
Registration is mandatory in America for more than 30 days The US Home Safety Department (Home Land Security Department) has given an ultimatum to foreign nationals living there. The department has asked foreign nationals living in the US for more than 30 days to register with the government. If these people do not do this, then they can be fined and jail.
The Homeland Security Department has asked foreign nationals living without the approval of the authorities in a post from the ‘message to the illegal foreigners’. In this, a list of benefits from doing so is also given.
