The US Army on Saturday lashed out at Huti rebels in Yemen. 21 people have died in this attack. This is the first major action on the Huti rebels of America after Donald Trump became President.
Trump posted social media about this. He wrote- Huki terrorists, your time is over. America will raise such havoc on you from the sky, which would never have seen before.
Indeed, this action has been taken in response to the attacks on American ships in Red C. Four months ago, Huti rebels carried out several attacks on the US Warship in Red Sea.

Trump said that Iran is funding these Huki terrorists. These terrorists are firing missiles on American aircraft and targeting our soldiers and colleagues. The US and Global Economy have lost billions of dollars due to these attacks and the lives of innocent people are in danger.

Trump said- Biden never responded with power
Trump said that Joe Biden never took action with strength against these attacks, so Huki would attack without fear. The last time an American ship has been safely a year passed through the Suez Canal, Red C or Aden’s Gulf. But now the Huki attacks on American ships will not be tolerated.
Huti rebels have attacked the US warship 174 times since 2023 and commercial ship 145 times.
Huti rebel said- We will give equal reply to America
After the US attack, Huti rebels said they would respond to the US attack. He said in a statement released on Al-Masirah TV channel that our Yemeni armies are fully prepared. If America increases action against us, we will also answer at the same level.
Palestinian organization Hamas condemned the US attacks on Saturday. Hamas called it a violation of international law and an attack on the country’s sovereignty and stability.
Who is Huki Rebel
- The civil war began in Yemen in 2014. Its root is Shia-Sunni controversy. According to a report by Carnezie Middle East Center, there was always a dispute between the two communities which turned into a civil war from the beginning of the Arabian revolution in 2011. In 2014, the Shia rebels opened a front against the Sunni government.
- The government was headed by President Abdarbu Mansoor Hadi. Hadi took power in February 2012 from former President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who has been in power for a long time after the Arab revolution. Hadi was struggling to bring stability amidst changes in the country. At the same time, the army was torn apart and the separatist Huti mobilized to the south.
- Iran and Saudi Arabia also jumped into this civil war in the race to dominate Arab countries. On one hand, the Huti rebels got the support of the Shia -dominated country Iran. So the government to the Sunni -dominated country of Saudi Arabia.
