Ukrainian President Volodimir Jailonsky said on Tuesday that his meeting with US President Donald Trump last week should not have been as it should have been. Jailonsky described it as regrettable and said that Ukraine is ready for the mineral agreement.
Trump has announced to stop military help to Ukraine 3 days after the debate today. According to Bloomberg’s report, this order has come into force with immediate effect.

Jailonski said-
Our meeting in the White House on Friday should not have been as it should have been. It is a matter of regret that this happened like this. Now the time has come for us to fix everything. None of us wants endless war. Ukraine is ready to negotiate as soon as possible for permanent peace.
The Ukrainian President also said that Ukraine is ready to sign the mineral agreement. We look at this agreement as a step towards solid safety guarantee. We are willing to work fast to end the war.
Trump said- Jailonsky has America’s support, so he does not want peace
According to a White House official, the stopped help will not be restored until President Trump is convinced that Ukrainian President really wants peace.
A few hours before Ukraine stopped the military help, Trump posted on social media. They said,
Jailonski does not want peace as long as he has the support of America. This is the worst statement given by Jailonsky. America will not tolerate it.

The US Department of Defense and President Trump have not commented at the time on stopping military assistance to Ukraine. Bloomberg quoted an official of the Defense Department as saying that President Trump is reviewing whether Jailonski wants to establish peace with Russia or not.
