Russia-ukraine war: America has held several meetings about the ceasefire between Russia-Ukraine, but the attack between the two countries is not decreasing. Ukrainian officials claimed that the Russian drone attacked a military hospital, shopping center, apartment block and other buildings in Kharkiv late on Saturday (29 March). There have been reports of death of two people and 35 injured in this attack.
Ukraine accused Russia of attack
Ukraine has made the allegation exactly the day when US President Donald Trump threatened her husband for imposing secondary tariffs on Russia’s oil. Ukraine’s General Staff condemned the attack on the military hospital. He said that many Ukraine soldiers were injured in Russia’s attack, who were already undergoing treatment in this hospital. Ukraine’s Air Force reported that Russia attacked 111 explosive drones, of which 65 were stopped.
Jailonsky told how many missiles Russia fired
Ukraine President Volodimir Jailonsky said on Sunday (30 March 2025) that most of the areas of Ukraine were hit by Russian attacks last week. He posted on X and said, “Ukraine was fired on Ukraine, including 1310 Russian air bombs, more than 1000 attacker drones and a number of nine missiles.” Jailonsky also reiterated that Russia is pulling the war. He also said in Paris on Thursday that the Russia is pulling the ceasefire negotiations only for the attempt to grab more land.
Russia is also alleging that Ukraine attacked him with a drone. Russia’s Ministry of Defense said that their air defense system dropped six drones of Ukraine down. He claimed that his soldiers had controlled a village in Ukraine’s partially occupied Donnetsk region. The Russian claim could not be independently confirmed and Ukraine has not commented on it.
Putin is not scared of Trump’s threats
According to the Ukraine government, the Russian forces are preparing to create a new attack in the coming weeks to increase pressure on Kiev and strengthen their position in a ceasefire meeting. Ukraine’s claims are trying that Putin is ignoring the threats of US President Trump.
Donald Trump said in an interview to American news channel NBC on Sunday (30 March 2025), “If Russia and America are unable to make any compromise to stop war in Ukraine and if Russia’s fault is found in it, we will put secondary tariff on all oils coming from Russia.”
