Jagtar Singh Jauhal alias Jaggi Johal, a British citizen of Punjab origin, has been acquitted by the Moga court in the case of the murder of Dera lover. Jaggi Johal and three of his associates were introduced through video conferencing from Tihar Jail.

Gurdeep Singh, a lover of Dera Sacha Sauda Sirsa, was killed in village Burj Jawahar Singh Wala in Faridkot district. The police had registered a case of target killing. In this, Jaggi Johal and 3 other people were named. Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur said- This is a case of Baghapurana police station of 2016 and there was a section of UAPA in this case.

Decision in judge Harjit Singh’s court The decision of this case, which has been going on since 2017, was pronounced by the court of Additional Sessions Judge and UAPA Special Judge (Moga) Harjit Singh. He said that according to the decision, Jagtar Singh Johal has been acquitted of all the allegations. Only three people have been convicted in this case, they will also go to the High Court for them. Because evidence was not produced in the court.
