Shahzadi’s father had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court two days ago to seek the help of the Ministry of External Affairs in this case.
Shehzadi Khan, a woman from Banda, Uttar Pradesh, was hanged in UAE on 15 February. 33 -year -old Shehzadi was accused of killing a 4 -month -old child. She was in jail in Dubai for 2 years. The court sentenced him to death 4 months ago.
The Indian Embassy in UAE was reported from the UAE government on 28 February 2025. The Ministry of External Affairs today (March 3) informed the Delhi High Court. The Ministry of External Affairs told the court that the funeral of Shehzadi will take place on 5 March.
The Ministry of Ministry and Abu Dhabi will help Abu Dhabi of the Shehzadi family to go to Abu Dhabi for the funeral. Shahzadi’s father had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court, demanding an intervention from the Ministry of External Affairs (Mea) in the case two days ago.

Shehzadi’s father said- daughter told on call
Shehzadi’s father claimed in a petition filed in the court that on 14 February, his daughter told him on a call that he had been transferred from jail to the hospital and would be sentenced to death. According to the Abu Dhabi law, he also wrote a letter to the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi to give pardon to Shehzadi, but nothing happened.
Ujir, a resident of Agra, sold Shehzadi in Dubai
Shehzadi was a resident of Goyra Mugli village in Matundh police station area of Banda. Before going to Dubai, Shehzadi used to work in the social organization ‘Roti Bank’. His face was scorched from one side in childhood.
In 2021, he got contact with Ujir, a resident of Agra via Facebook. Ujir lying and trapped Shehzadi in his trap.
Ujir called Shehzadi to Agra to get his face corrected. After this, he was sold in November 2021 to the couple Faiz and Nadia, who lives in Dubai in the name of undergoing treatment.
Shehzadi went to tell her father that he had to go to Dubai for the work of NGO.
Shehzadi used to fight in Dubai
Shehzadi had earlier told that she went to Dubai lying. Faiz and Nadia used to harass him. Used to keep him locked in the house. Never let you get out, fight. He thought of coming to India several times, but they were not allowing them to come back.
Faiz and Nadia had a 4 -month -old son. Who was very ill. Meanwhile, he died. Whose accusation was made by Faiz and Nadia on Shehzadi. The police case took place and Shehzadi was sent to jail.
Shehzadi was accused of death of this child.
Shehzadi was arrested by the police in 2023
The petition filed by Shehzadi Khan said that the child was installed regular vaccine on 7 December 2022. The child died on the same evening. The hospital recommended postmortem to find out the cause of death, but the child’s parents refused.
After this, in February 2023, the couple accused Shehzadi of killing their child and handed him over to the Abu Dhabi police. In this case, the police also found a video recording, in which Shehzadi allegedly confessed to killing the child.
However, Shehzadi said that the statement was recorded by assaulting him. He was sentenced to death by the court on 31 July 2023, which was upheld by another court on 28 February 2024.
