There is very good news for the candidates who attended the UGC NET December exam. The result of UGC NET exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) (UGC NET Result 2024) will be released very soon. Candidates who participated in this exam will be able to download their results by visiting the official website of NTA ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The National Eligibility Test (NET) exam results conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) are going to be declared soon. According to the information, this result can be released on 21 February.
UGC NET is a national level exam, which is held every year. This exam is conducted for the purpose of determining the eligibility for the posts of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor. On passing the exam, the candidates can get admission in PhD and at the same time they can act as Assistant Professor. A total of 85 subjects are simultaneously examined in this examination and it is conducted through computer based test (CBT).
When was the UGC NET exam?
The UGC NET December exam was conducted by NTA in January. This exam was conducted on 3, 6, 10, 16, 21 and 27 January. Answer was released on January 31 after the examination, and after that the objection window was closed on 3 February. Now preparations are being made for the release of the result.
Investigation of questions raised on answer
The NTA said that a panel will be set up to investigate the complaints of the candidates who question the answer. If any objection is found to be correct, the candidates’ answer will be amended. However, candidates will not be informed separately about this. They have to check the result only by visiting NTA’s website. The final results will be released only after disposal of objections. Along with this, a cut-off will also be declared along with the result.
How to download UGC NET Result
- First go to the official website of NTA ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
- After this, click on the UGC NET result link.
- A new page will open in which you will have to fill your registration details and date of birth.
- After pressing the submit button, your result will come on the screen.
- After checking the result, download it.
- In the end, the candidate should take out its print out.
