According to the Manipur police, Hamar Input General Secretary Richard Hamar was attacked by a group of people inside the VK Montessori campus in Jenhang Lamka on Sunday evening. Media reports are claiming that Richard was driving his car, which survived a two -wheeler rider. This caused Richard’s two -wheeler to be stunned by the youth. Which later proceeded so much that the other side attacked Richard.
