A deadly shootout broke out in Makhachkala, in Russia’s Dagestan region, leaving three police officers dead and at least six injured. Two gunmen were also shot dead, while others fled the scene in a stolen police vehicle, per reports. The shootout began during a routine traffic stop when the attackers opened fire. Watch
