Experts believe that this damaged tiles that protects the vehicle from the scorching heat when they enter the Earth’s atmosphere. Because of this, as soon as Kalpana Chawla’s spacecraft reached the atmosphere of the earth, a big explosion occurred due to the heat of the wind and all astronauts died.
