Shweta prepared for UPSC along with the job, but she never thought of quitting her work while playing the responsibilities of her family.

Shweta managed her time in such a way that she used to do her job during the day and used to study in the evening. However, he had to believe that it was not easy to do the job and exam preparation simultaneously. During this time, Shweta removed herself from social media and online communities so that there was no disturbance in her studies. First Bihar Public Service Commission passed again IAS

Shweta secured 65th rank in the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination in 2020, after which she got a government job as District Program Officer (DPO). However, despite passing the BPSC exam, he continued the preparation for UPSC. His goal was to always go to the civil service, and finally in 2021 he passed the UPSC examination, in which he got 356th rank.
