Shyambabu’s story is not just hard and struggle but a decisive moment that changed his whole life. After getting success in UPPCS exam, Shyambabu has now become ideal for young contest students not only in Prayagraj, but in the whole UP. Today, the Shyambabu, which people know as a deputy collector, used to be an ordinary head constable in Prayagraj Police Headquarters.
The most important turn of his success came when he continued his education while performing difficult duty of police. When he was posted in Prayagraj in 2014, he had thought that he would get a high position in the police job itself. But at the same time an incident changed his direction.
Leaving the race and set the goal
Shyambabu went to Lucknow for the physical examination of the police, where he had to complete the race for about 20 rounds. During the race, as soon as he reached in the last round, a question came to his mind, if I completed this race, does it coincide with my dream of preparing for PCS? This was the moment that changed his attitude. Shyambabu left the race and returned. This was his turning point. At the same time, he decided that now his destination will be only PCS.
Success from struggle
Shyambabu did not have time to go to coaching amidst police duty, but his will was high. He avoided any kind of coaching and started studying by himself. Staying in a rented room, while staying among the competing students, he collected notes and gave a new twist to his preparation with self -study. According to Shyambabu, when the target was clear, the preparation became easy. He never allowed failures to dominate himself and in any case resolved to fulfill his dream.

Success in English despite weakness
His grip in English was not strong, but he did not allow it to become interrupted in his path. Shyambabu believed that if the method of preparation is correct, no obstacle could stop moving towards success.
