South Africa Central Contract players list: Cricket South Africa has released the Central Contract List for 2025-26. South Africa has included a total of 18 players in the list of Central Contract. Surprisingly, explosive batsman Henrik Klassen has not been included in this list.
Cricket South Africa has also launched a new initiative. There are two special things in this contract list. The first is that Rasi Van Dar Duson and David Miller have become the first player to sign a hybrid contract. This is a model in which players are available to play for the country in a special series and ICC tournament.
The second thing is that three new players have been added to the new contract list. Also, senior players like Endile Fahalukwayo and Tabrez Shamsi have also been dropped from the central contract. The new central contract will be from 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026.
Let us know that South Africa has not given the reason for Henrich Klassen out of the central contract. Apart from Klassen, there are many more players who have been excluded from the central contract. This includes players like Corbin Bosch, Matthew Breetzake, Endile Fahalukwayo and Tabrej Shamsi.
Cricket South Africa has included these 18 players in Central Contract- Temba Bavuma, David Bedingham, Nandre Burger, Gerald Koetzi, Tony de Jorzi, Reiza Hendrix, Marco Johnson, Keshav Maharaj, Quena Mafa, Aden Markram, Vian Mulder, Senuran Muthusamy, Lungi Engidi, Cagiso Rabada, Rabada, Raiyan Ricelton, Triston Stabs, Lizad Williams.
