Pahalgam Terror Attack: After the Pahalgam terror attack, there is anger all over the country. Everyone is demanding a strict campaign against the terrorists. Former Indian cricketer and BJP leader Gautam Gambhir has also expressed condolences to those killed in this terrorist attack. He clearly said that India will attack and will respond to this cowardly act of terrorists.

26 people died in terrorist attack
26 people died in a terrorist attack on Tuesday evening at Basaron, a tourist destination, known as ‘Mini Switzerland’ near Pahalgam city of Kashmir. Most of the dead were tourists. This is the biggest attack in the valley after the attack in Pulwama in 2019. A highly placed official said that 26 dead include two foreigners (from the United Arab Emirates and Nepal) and two local residents.
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said that the number of dead is still being ascertained. He described this terrorist attack as “the biggest attack on common people in recent years”.
Officials said that out of 26 killed, 22 have been identified and efforts are being made to identify the other four.
The attack took place at a time when US Vice President JD Vance is on a visit to India and the season of tourism and ‘tracking’ is gaining momentum. The attack took place around 3 pm.
Due to the terrorist attack, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided to end his two -day visit to Saudi Arabia and return home.
About six kilometers from the city of Pahalgam, there is a huge meadow surrounded by dense forests and mountains of Besaran pine trees and a favorite place among tourists of the country and the world.
