BJP MP Nishikant Dubey came down heavily on the Supreme Court’s hearing of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, arguing that if the judiciary is going to make laws, then there is no need for the Parliament or even state assemblies to exist. “Supreme Court responsible for inciting religious wars in the country…” Dubey added.
