Film city will be made in Pinjore
CM Naib Singh Saini said that the government has decided to make a film city in 2 stages to promote the film world and encourage the actors. In the first phase, a film city is being built on 100 acres in Pinjore, District Panchkula. Land has been fixed for this. In the second phase, Film City will be produced in Gurugram. The process of selection of land for this is going on.
Haryanvi film will be released every week on Doordarshan Naib Singh Saini assured on the demand of actors associated with the film world that an attempt will be made to start this by negotiating with Prasar Bharati regarding the performance of Haryanvi film once a week. Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (Supawa) will be given the responsibility of starting a film making course in every university in Haryana.

Subsidy will be given in 30 days CM Naib Saini said that the Haryana government has made a film promotion board to promote regional cinema. According to the government’s policy regarding the film subsidy, the subsidy of all 5 applications pending in the next 30 days will be paid. Also new applications will be sought for subsidy.
