These days, carrots and accounts of government school children sitting on sack-patti are becoming very viral on social media. This video is from Sirsa, Composite School in Bijauli development block of Aligarh. Fruits were to be distributed here, but instead of fruit, children were entertained by giving carrots and peas.
After the video of this incident went viral on social media, the Education Department took cognizance and investigation was started. After this the school principal has been suspended.
BSA took action
Basic Education Officer Rajesh Kumar Singh has taken immediate action on the video. He said that the viral video was examined, in which it was revealed that the school management has violated the mid -day meal rules. Apart from this, the atmosphere of education in school was also not found satisfactory.
All schools were warned
It is being told that the video is in the month of February, on which action has been taken now. Along with this, the Education Department has warned all schools to strictly follow the rules of the mid-day meal scheme.
In the mid-day meal somewhere stale rotis and less food
Such disturbances have become common in mid-day meal. Such cases have been reported for the last several years.
On Tuesday, when Renu Gaur, a member of the State Women’s Commission reached the inspection of Renu Gaur Primary School in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh, she found stale loaves in the mid-day meal.
Earlier, Renu Gaur also went to Mainpuri for inspection. Here he found that there are 31 children in the school and food has been made less than them. On questioning, the school administration said that the children had refused to eat food. On this, the children exposed the administration and said that food always becomes less.
