1. 9th Global Technology Summit starts
The 9th Global Technology Summit 2025 is being held in New Delhi from 10 April today. This summit will run till 12 April. The theme of this year’s summit is ‘probably’.

- This conference is India’s major Geo-Technology Dialogue.
- It will be ascertained how new and emerging technology can promote inclusive development.
- The 3 -day summit will feature more than 40 public sessions, including the main speech, ministerial interaction, specialist panels and strategic interactions.
- In this summit, more than 150 speakers from more than 40 countries will be included in the discussion on the most important technical challenges and opportunities in front of the world today.
- The summit is being jointly organized by the Ministry of External Affairs (Mea) and Carnegie India.
2. Cricket will be played after 128 years at Los Angeles Olympics
Cricket is also being included in the Los Angeles Olympic Games to be held in 2028. In this Olympics, a total of 6-6 teams will participate in both the Mans and Women’s category of cricket. It was announced by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) on 9 April.
All 6 teams in both categories can choose 15 members in their respective squads. Cricket was included in the Olympics last year. In this, the T20 format of cricket has been selected.

1. 9,617 recruitment notification of constable in Rajasthan released
The recruitment notification for more than 9000 posts of constable in Rajasthan Police has been issued. The application for this recruitment will be started from 28 April 2025. Candidate official website after the application starts police.rajasthan.gov.in You will be able to apply on.

Educational qualification:
- 12th pass from recognized board.
- Rajasthan 12th level CET exam should be passed
Physical Qualification:
- Height: The height of men should be 168 cm and the height of women should be 152 cm.
- Chest : Men’s chest should be 81 cm and 86 cm after flourishing.
- Race: Men will have to run 5 km in 25 minutes and women will run 5 km in 35 minutes.

2. Recruitment to 150 posts in DRDO
In the Defense Research and Development Organization i.e. DRDO, recruitment has been done for 150 posts. These recruitments are for gas turbine research establishment (GTRE). Candidates can apply through NATS official website nats.education.gov.in.
The first list of short listed candidates will be published on 23 May 2025. The selected candidates will get a chance to appoint for 12 months.

1. Announcement of opening 100 new military schools in the country
100 Sainik Schools will be opened across the country. Minister of State for Defense Sanjay Seth gave this information during a program at Sainik School Tilaiya in Jharkhand on 8 April.

Minister of State for Defense Sanjay Seth said that 100 new Sainik schools will be opened across the country under the PPP (Public Private Partnership) mode in the coming days.
These schools will be prepared under Public Private Partnership i.e. PPP mode. There are currently 33 Sainik schools in India. These schools operate under the Ministry of Defense.
Their objective is to prepare students for recruitment in National Defense Academy (NDA), Indian Navy Academy (INA), and other defense services.
The establishment of Sainik Schools started in the year 1961. The first Sainik School was opened in Kazikota, Karnataka.
2. IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) on 25 May
The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Tirupati will conduct the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) on 25 May. This exam is for those candidates who want to take admission in any IISER course.

IISER has been established with the aim of promoting science education in India and promoting innovations. There are a total of 7 IISER institutions across the country, which provide BSC, MSC, PHD and integrated PHD courses.
There are a total of 60 questions in the IAT exam. In the exam, 15 questions are asked from each subject (biology, chemistry, maths and physics). The exam duration will be 180 minutes (3 hours). After the final result is declared, there will be counseling in July and August, in which students will be able to take admission in 7 IISER Institutions as per their choice.
