- MD/ MS/ DNB/ MDS degree in the respective field
- At least three years experience of working as Senior Resident or Tutor in Medical College

- Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes category of Bihar State: 25 rupees

15,600-39,100 with grade pay 6,600 in pay scale
