According to sources, the police also reached the house of Joginder Ugrahan, president of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Ekta Ugrahan) in Sangrur, but he was not present at the house. SKM has called an emergency meeting in Ludhiana at 11 am to take action on farmers.
On Monday, SKM leaders had a meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann at Punjab Bhawan in Chandigarh. Meanwhile, there was a debate between Bhagwant Mann and farmers. After this, Bhagwant Maan left the meeting and left.
