Pope was struggling with health problems for the last several months. He was admitted to Jameli Hospital in Rome on 14 February. He was also undergoing treatment for pneumonia and anemia. He was hospitalized for 5 weeks due to infection in the lungs.
During the treatment, the headquarters of Catholic Church, Vatican, reported that the Pope’s blood test reports showed symptoms of kidney failure. However, he was discharged on 14 March.

The Pope was discharged from Jameli Hospital in Rome on 23 March. He then addressed people in Vatican.
