US National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday. He presented Ganga water brought from Mahakumbh in Prayagraj to Gabbard. During the meeting, PM Modi also gives Gabbard a brief information about Mahakumbh. He says that during this event, 66 crore people took a dip in Triveni Sangam.
The Prime Minister said that he too had taken a dip in Triveni Sangam. At the same time, the US intelligence chief presented a ‘Tulsi Mala’ to PM Modi. Earlier, Gabbard met Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. According to media reports, Singh raised the issue of Khalistani extremists working against Indian interests on American land.
In the conversation, Rajnath Singh highlighted the anti -India activities of Khalistani organization SFJ (Sikh for Justice). The SFJ has been banned in the country for working against India’s national security.
The media report quoted sources as saying, “India expressed its concern and asked the US administration to take strict action against the illegal organization.”
US National Intelligence Director (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard held bilateral discussions with Rajnath Singh, focusing on promoting defense and security relations between the two countries.
Tulsi Gabbard also met National Security Advisor Ajit Doval on Sunday. The meeting between Doval and Gabbard discussed mainly on sharing intelligence information and security cooperation.
Gabbard is on a two-and-a-half-day visit to India under the ‘multi-national’ visit of the Indo-Pacific region. She said in a post on ‘X’ on March 11, “I am on a multi-national visit to Hind-Pacific, a field that I know very well because I grew up in the Pacific. I will travel to Japan, Thailand and India. On returning to America, I will stay in France for some time. ”
