Actually, Urdu Translator Mo on 80 -year -old Hari Narayan Singh of Bokaro district of Jharkhand. Shamimuddin accused of making objectionable remarks. Shamimuddin said that- ‘Hari Narayan Singh called me Mian-Tian and Pakistani. My religious sentiments have been hurt by his words.
A case was registered while complaining about this. The case was heard from the district court to the Jharkhand High Court and then the Supreme Court. On the ongoing hearing on this case since 2021, the bench of Justice BV Nagratna and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma gave its verdict in the Supreme Court today.

Now know the whole matter 80 -year -old Hari Narayan Singh Shamimuddin filed a complaint alleging. Based on the application given, a case was registered against Hari Narayan Singh in sections 298 (hurting religious sentiments), section 504 (deliberately humiliating someone and breach of peace), 506 (criminal conspiracy), 353 (misconduct of government employee).
After investigation against him, the police filed a charge sheet. In July 2021, the magistrate took cognizance of the matter and issued summons.
Case reached Supreme Court from Additional Sessions Judge Hari Narayan Singh turned to the Additional Sessions Judge regarding the summons done by the magistrate, but he did not get relief from here. He then filed an appeal petition in Jharkhand. Even after the hearing here, there was no relief from there either.
After which he reached the Supreme Court. The apex court has given relief to the elderly today after hearing the entire case. The court made it clear that their comment is wrong, but cannot make criminal cases. This case can now become an example for other such cases.
