We definitely wanted to stay at an all-inclusive resort in the Akumal/Tulum region, known for the best beaches and a much more relaxed setting than that of the busy; Cancun, Mexico.
We also wanted a resort that was unlike the typical enormous {Palace} type properties, that you see everywhere dotting the Yucatan Peninsula. We were searching for a resort that offered all the inclusive amenities, but with a personal, quiet and relaxed feel to it.
The Oasis Tulum Hotel was our first choice!
A Four Star All Inclusive Resort With – Five Star Service
During our visit a few seasons ago, there were two sections to this resort hotel, along with two separate lobbies interconnected. There was the {Grand Oasis Tulum} a higher ⭐ star rated section of the hotel, and the {Oasis Tulum} section, where we chose to stay.
Both were attractive in their own unique way, to suit each individuals taste and travel budget. My focus is on the {Oasis Tulum} section of this resort hotel, where we stayed a years ago.
The resort is situated approximately 1 ½ hours south of Cancun, and about a 20 minute drive north, from the Town of Tulum. Known for its spectacular beaches, it is the perfect destination for those looking for a more, relaxed vacation.
Away from the hurried pace of Cancun and Playa del Carmen, but still within close proximity to visit and enjoy its attractions.
Tulum has been growing in leaps and bounds the last few years!
With the new rapid transit coming to/from Cancun, and a new international airport been constructed, it is now becoming a city in itself.

Friendly Staff At Your Service
Over the years, our family have been very fortunate to enjoy traveling to a number of different All Inclusive Vacations resorts, both in the Caribbean and Mexico.
I can honestly say at the time of our visit, that this Tulum resort surpassed all the other ⭐ 3 to 4 star resorts, we had stayed at on previous vacations. From the; high quality of service received from all members of the resorts staff, cleanliness, guest room satisfaction and much more!
Service with a Smile Always
Standards were set very high at this resort and it definitely showed. We always received prompt and friendly service, during our stay at this resort.
The quality of service was excellent!
Never without a friendly greeting
It was difficult to find any staff member that you passed by, not greeting you with a friendly … ‘Ola,’ or gladly assisting with any of your requests. This truly was a highlight of our stay at this all inclusive resort, unlike others we have stayed at previously.
Rooms Always Clean and Comfortable
During our 2 week stay at the Oasis Tulum, we found our room to be clean and comfortable, at all times. This section of the hotel is older, but the employees do their best to keep the rooms; well maintained and very clean.
We always noticed maintenance and other staff, continually cleaning and maintaining the property throughout our stay.
As well, this is the first resort where we observed staff members continually cleaning garbage. Unfortunately, always left behind by inconsiderate guests on the beach, and in most other common areas of the resort.
Hats off to them for their hard work and cleaning up after others. Those who have little or no regard for others around them and the environment.
A Variety of Dining Choices
The selection of dining options is sure to please most everyone staying at the Oasis. The main buffet restaurant, always provided a never ending variety of local and international style dishes to choose from. We never tired of the wonderful freshly cooked meals served each day, during our two week vacation.
You also have your choice to dine at a number of lovely {a la carte restaurants}, located on both sides of the Oasis Resort. If one should complain about the delicious meals served at this property at the time of our visit, then my suggestion would be to stay at a ⭐ five star resort and good luck with that!
Go see if they can match the quality of food and service provided, and at a much higher price.

Oasis Tulum Resort Is Perfect For All Ages
The Oasis Tulum was a perfect all inclusive beachfront resort for us. It’s superb for people of all ages, looking for all the amenities expected at inclusive properties, and with many guestroom options available to suit each families budget.
With a host of activities during the day to take part in, or just relax and enjoy your beach vacation, the Oasis is sure to live up to your expectations, as it did ours.

I was thrilled to see the {Oasis Foundation} created by Oasis Hotels & Resorts. A social responsibility program set up to assist those in need, improving the quality of life, for the local people of Quintana Roo.
The program since its inception, has invested approximately 27 million pesos in the areas of;
Oasis Hotels & Resorts encourages its guests to join in effort by donating a mere {One Dollar}, per guest, to help make dreams come true for the less fortunate.
In the last few seasons, this resort had transferred to the {Sunscape Brand}. After some renovations were completed, it was known as … Sunscape Akumal Beach Resort & Spa.
