In the India’s Got latent case, Maharashtra Cyber Cell again sent summons to Ashish Chanchalani and Ranveer Alahabadia. He asked both of them to record the statement in the matter.

After this, FIR was registered against him in many places including Maharashtra, Assam. Ranveer had said 3 things in his petition in the Supreme Court. First- Hearing on FIR lodged across the country. Second- get relief from arrest. The third thing was that they were being threatened.

The bench had told the Attorney Solicitor General present in the court, “The cases of such U-tubers are coming up, do the central government wants to do anything. If they do something themselves, it is a very good thing, otherwise we are not a gap here Can leave. Sleeping YouTube channels are misusing it and all things are coming out, so we have issued a notice.
We are ordering the Attorney General and Solicitor General to be present in the court during the next hearing. We cannot ignore the importance and sensitivity of this matter. “
Arguments in Supreme Court
The bench asked Alahabadia’s lawyer Abhinav Chandrachud-
What kind of language are you defending? I hate such a statement. The question here is whether such a comment is a crime. If it is not pornography then what is pornography?
Justice Suryakant said, “There is something very dirty in his mind, what they are spewing in the program, they are insulting the parents. Why should the court defend Alahabadia?”
Alahabadia’s lawyer Chandrachud said that the clients are being threatened.
Justice Suryakant said- If you can try to get poor publicity by doing such things, then there are others who will try to get you by threatening you.
Justice Suryakant said-
The words you used, the parents were embarrassed. Sisters and daughters will feel ashamed, the whole society will be ashamed. This shows that the brain is distorted.
Chandrachud said that even after going to the police station, the mob shocked. Justice Suryakant said that why is the lawyer going to the police station? Under which law you went to the police station. Just because you can give them money and you will also start offering these services. You are also insulting your uniform.
During the hearing, the court said that the court is also aware of the program from which the Australian show has copied pornographic comments. It also said that there are many shows related to such adult content, but they take full care. On this, Ranveer Alahabadia’s lawyer said that this episode was also subscription based. But the controversy occurred when a subscriber took out a 10 -second clip from the tree 45 -minute video and posted it on YouTube.
Ranveer filed a petition in SC on 14 February
