Demonstrations are taking place in Nepal to protest the student’s suicide.
The case of Nepali student Prakriti Lamsal’s suicide at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, has not yet calmed down. The opposition says that Nepal should talk strictly to the Government of India. This is a case of safety of more than 1 thousand students.
The Nepali Parliament session is to begin at the end of March. Opposition parties are preparing to surround the government in Parliament on this issue. According to the information, the Nepal government has also interacted with India in this matter. At the same time, Sunil Lamsal, father of a suicide student, says that the Odisha police has assured him to end the case in a month.

Leader said- Nepal should be arranged for studies The Nepali student’s house is in Lumbini province. Bhaskar has spoken to two big leaders of this province. Santosh Kumar Pandey, senior leader of Lokjan Shakti Party and former Home Minister of the province, said that children cannot be sent to India for studies at the cost of their lives.
If our children are not safe in India, then their education should be arranged in Nepal itself. Children should not be sent to study in India without security guarantee. We will raise this issue in the House.
Opposition said- India punish the culprits Chandrakesh Gupta, leader of the Parliamentary Party of Janmat Party and former minister Chandrakesh Gupta says- We have a relationship with bread and daughter with India. It is a relationship associated with the soul of two countries. Some small people are questioning this. Our demand is that the government should strictly talk to India.
This is deteriorating relations. Strict action should be taken against such people. Millions of people of our country live in India. How will they feel safe. The Government of India should punish the culprits and make them feel safe.

Nature’s father said- we trust India Nature’s father Sunil Lamsal says that the police have assured us to punish the culprits. Praising the investigation and behavior of the Indian police, Lamsal says that we call the investigating officer every 5-6 days. They talk in detail every time. We have full faith in the Government of India and the police. Our daughter will definitely get justice.
Asked if a politician in India or the representative of the government spoke to them, they refuse. They say that we do not want to get into the affair of politics. We just want justice for our daughter. This should not happen to any child from Nepal ahead.
Learn about the case in detail… Nepali student Prakriti Lamsal committed suicide in Kiit’s hostel on the evening of 16 February. Students protested at the university about this. Students alleged that physical and mental harassment was done several times with the student. A student studying with him constantly tortured him. Fed up with this, the girl committed suicide.

Those arrested on 18 February include 3 directors of KIIT Shivanand Mishra, Pratap Champati and Sudhir Rath, besides 2 security guards Ramakant Nayak and Jogendra Behera.
High level committee is investigating The Government of Orissa has formed a high level committee under the leadership of Additional Chief Secretary Satyavrat Sahu. So far, the university founder Achyut Samanta, Chief Procter PK Patnaik, Director Code Mishra, International Committee Chief Ipsita Satpathy, Assistant Director and 7 other officials have appeared in front of this team.
The police have so far arrested 11 people, including the accused boy. These include the director and two guards of the institute. Directors and guards have got bails. The Human Rights Commission (NHRC) is also investigating the case.
The Commission had ordered the formation of a team on 4 March. Officers were instructed to submit the report by 10 March by doing ‘on -spot inquiry’.
