India and China in Myanmar : India’s neighboring country Myanmar has been surrounded in the War War for a long time. According to CNN report, intelligence agencies have warned that the growing China in Myanmar is becoming a big threat to India. India’s north-eastern state of Manipur is on the target of China, which is a sensitive state, where unrest has been spread for a long time.
Agencies say that in view of China’s aggressive activities, India needs to maintain tough monitoring on the 1693 km long border between India and Myanmar.
China is installing radar system
China has installed the state -of -the -art radar system (LPAR, large -phaged Are radar) in Yunnan province bordering Myanmar. With this, China can monitor the entire area. Apart from this, China is also associated with Myanmar’s Junta Army and on the other hand it also gives weapons to armed groups like Arakan Army. Meaning China is using dual policy.
China surrounded India in Myanmar
According to the report, China’s strategy is on the String of Pearls theory. Through this strategy, China is trying to surround India by strengthening its network in its strategic bases and allies. This can affect India’s Act East Policy.
