Lalu Yadav said- ‘It is going wrong. The government should see. We are against this. There will be no injustice to anyone. Nitish Kumar is with them, he is supporting this bill. The public is understanding everything.
At the same time, while addressing the gathering, Tejashwi Yadav said- ‘Nagpuria law will not be implemented at any cost. We are standing with us firmly in your fight. If you walk one step, then we will walk four steps.
‘Will work to stop this law. Some people are conspiring. The work of breaking the country is being done.
Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav said-
It will not be right to speak on CM
RJD MLC Sunil Singh said- ‘It will affect the whole country. We do not follow Godse’s ideal. On which the RSS people go. Our leader Lalu Yadav is opposing this. We will oppose this bill till death. India is a secular country. This is our beauty. It will not be right to speak on CM Nitish Kumar. He sometimes speaks Neem-Neem, sometimes honey-honey. This has been his strategy.

The performance of Muslim organizations has also received the support of Azad Samaj Party President Chandrashekhar Azad. Chandrashekhar Azad reached Patna to join the demonstration. He said-
Today there is a strange atmosphere in the country. Those who will be attacked, will come forward to protect them. The Constitution has given the right to protest to prevent attacks on the rights of Bahujan society, weaker sections. Today we are in Bihar to use the same.
The bill is against the constitution
The Developing Human Party has also supported the performance of All India Muslim Personal Law Board. Party national spokesperson Dev Jyoti, who reached the protest site, said that our leader Mukesh Sahni has been opposing this bill from the beginning. Our leader says that this bill is against Bhimrao Ambedkar’s Constitution.

Waqf is made up of the word ‘Arabic language Vakufa, which means stopping or staying. Waqf donation is a method of donation in Islam, a property dedicated to the society. A person who gives his property to Waqf is called Wakifa. While donating the height, it can keep the condition that the income from its property should be spent only on studies or on hospitals.
According to the ‘Auqaf Property Investment Fund’, an organization working on the assets of 27 countries, in legal words, when a person in Islam donates his property for religious reasons or in the name of God, then he is called Waqf. It can contain both movable or real estate.
Usually the property or income of Waqf is spent in charitable and orphanages in educational institutions, cemeteries, mosques.
What is the work of Waqf Board?
To oversee the land or property found in Waqf, an institution was legally called, called Waqf Board.
When the country was divided in 1947, a large number of Muslims left the country and went to Pakistan. At the same time, many Hindu people came to India from Pakistan. In 1954, Parliament enacted a law in the name of Waqf Act 1954.
In this way, the ownership of the land and assets of the people going to Pakistan was given to the Waqf Board through this law. In 1955, one year after the implementation of the law, it was said to change this law and create Waqf Board in every state.
At present, there are about 32 Waqf boards from different states in the country, which registration, care and management of Waqf properties. Many states including Bihar have separate Waqf boards for Shia and Sunni Muslims.
The work of Waqf Board is to keep a full account of how much the total income of Waqf is and who was benefited by its money. They have the legal right to take any land or property and transfer in the name of others. The board can also issue a legal notice against a person. Power Waqf Board has more than a trust.
