- If any candidate does not get more than 50% points in the first counting, then the lowest point candidate is excluded.
- The process of counting is then repeated. This is done until a candidate gets 50% votes.
- When a candidate is excluded from the process, it is seen who the voters placed him first in the ballot, who was his second choice. The votes given to the first candidate of those voters are transferred to the second number candidate.
