Uddhav was speaking at a meeting of party workers at Kalidas Natyagriha in Mumbai.
Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray said on Sunday- some people questioned me that you did not go to Kumbh. Some people mean this traitor, beard (Eknath Shinde) came there after a dip and said Uddhav Thackeray did not go. We are followers of Mohan Bhagwat.
I had said that where Mohan Bhagwat will take a dip, we will also take a dip. Uddhav said these things in a meeting of party officials and workers at Kalidas Natyagriha in Mulund West, Mumbai.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde took a dig at Uddhav’s Mahakumbh on 27 February. He had said that those who do not join Mahakumbh should be asked why they did not participate in it. Balasaheb Thackeray gave the slogan that we are proudly we are Hindus but now they (Uddhav Thackeray) are afraid of calling themselves Hindus.

RSS chief also did not join Mahakumbh In fact, Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) also did not attend Mahakumbh. Regarding this, Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut said that Shinde should first ask this question to the RSS chief. If Bhagwat did not go to Kumbh as a Hindu, then why is Uddhav Thackeray being targeted.
Uddhav said- How will the confidant of the Ganges be eradicated by bathing After Shinde’s statement came, Uddhav Thackeray said on February 28 that a sin does not wash away by taking a dip in the Ganges. The sin of cheating Maharashtra (Eknath Shinde) has committed many times that even after bathing in the Ganges, how will the test of the treacher.
Uddhav had said without taking Shinde’s name that I respect the Ganges, what is the benefit of taking a dip in it. Uddhav said these things in a party program on Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Day.
