The Punjab Police team arrived to take Amritpal Singh’s associates from Dibrugarh police station in Assam to take them to Delhi.
In Punjab, seven of Khalistan supporters and seven comrades from Khadur Sahib MP Amritpal Singh are being brought to Punjab. A special team of Punjab Police has left for Delhi from Dibrugarh with three companions of Amritpal, while the remaining four companions

After reaching Delhi by road or air, all colleagues will be shifted to Amritsar together. It is estimated that all the companions will be produced in Ajnala Court in Amritsar late this evening or tomorrow morning and remand will be obtained for the attack at the police station in February 2023.
Significantly, the Punjab government has refused to continue the National Security Act (NSA) on all these. After which the Punjab Police has reached Dibrugarh in Assam four days ago to take the colleagues of Amritpal.

NSA of 7 colleagues removed
According to the information, Amritpal Singh, Pappalpreet Singh and Varinder Vicky will have to stay in Dibrugarh jail. The next hearing of their NSA in the Punjab and Haryana High Court is to be held on March 22, after which the government will take further decisions. Whereas so far it has been decided to remove the NSA of only 7 colleagues. Whose names are as follows-
- Bhagwant Singh aka ‘Prime Minister’ Bajeke: Prominent members of ‘Waris Punjab De’ organization.
- Daljit Singh Kalsi: A colleague close to Amritpal Singh and a key member of the organization.
- Basant Singh: Active members of the organization.
- Gurmeet Singh: Active members of the organization.
- Jeet Singh: Active members of the organization.
- Harjeet Singh: Amritpal Singh’s uncle.
- Lovepreet Singh Hurricane: Member of the organization.

The Punjab Police has been in Dibrugarh for the last few days and during this time he got transit remand of all the seven accused.

1. Police On 18 March 2023 Started chase
At around 11:15 am on 18 March 2023, the police started chasing Amritpal’s Mercedes car as per the planning. Amritpal had a glimpse of this. Amritpal left his Mercedes Shahkot-Moga highway under the flyover near Bajwa Kalan village. Mercedes was taken to uncle and driver. After this he ran away in a Brezza car.
2. Mercedes took uncle, Amritpal rode in Brezza
Manpreet, a disciple of Amritpal in Brezza, brought him to Dadowal village. There he took clothes from youths at the de -addiction center. After this Manpreet took him to the gurdwara built in Nangal Ambia village. This Brezza car was not of anyone else, Pappalpreet Singh, the media advisor of Amritpal.
3. Granthi hostage in gurudwara
According to the police, Amritpal and his companions reached the Gurdwara of village Nangal Ambia. Here Granthi was taken hostage on the strength of weapons. One hour he stayed here. Amritpal ate food, changed clothes and also his hulia.
4. Conversation in Rewari, Haryana over phone
Amritpal Singh’s partner was planning to drive him away in Gurdwara. His colleagues interacted with someone in Rewari, Haryana. After this, in the car itself, he reached a memorial in the village. Where three youths were already waiting for him on two bikes. Here Manpreet reached his home with Brezza and Amritpal ran on the bike.
5. Arrest from Moga’s village Rhode
Amritpal Singh, the head of Waris Punjab De, was arrested by the Punjab Police on 22 April 2023 from the Gurdwara of Rode village in Moga district on Sunday morning at 6.45 am. This is the village of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala. The Punjab Police then took him to the Air Force Station in Bathinda, from where he was shifted to Dibrugarh Jail.
