Katy Perry sang Louis Armstrong’s classic song, ‘What A Wonderful World’ in space, whilst aboard the Blue Origin rocket. The singer went to space with an all-female crew on Blue Origin’s rocket. Jeff Bezos’ fiancé Lauren Sanchez, alongside Gayle King, Kerianne Flynn, Aisha Bowe, Amanda Nguyen, took off and then safely landed back on Earth with Perry. The six women were part of a commercial spaceflight mission known as NS-31. The rocket and passenger capsule lifted off at launch site one, a private ranch in rural West Texas. The historic mission was the first all-female flight since Soviet Union’s Valentina Tereshkova flew solo in 1963. WATCH-
