JOMOO's BRUMA Installation Transforms Bathroom Experience

Designed by the celebrated Summum Studio, BRUMA occupies a striking space within the 19th-century heritage building on Madrid’s Sagasta Street. But this isn’t a showroom. This is a theatrical experience—one that invites visitors to step out of time and into introspection.

The installation opens with a softly feathered passage that leads into a circular sanctuary. At its center: a symbolic “well” from which light, mist, sound, and scent emerge in harmony. Suspended above, a mesh of floating metal rings pulses with ambient music, creating a choreography that evokes the ephemeral rituals of water, light, and presence. The scent of florals, the shimmer of metallic reflections, the hush of softly layered textures—it’s less bathroom, more meditative pavilion.

“We wanted to explore the bathroom as a space of ritual and renewal, not just function,” the design team noted. The result? A striking fusion of tactile calm and technological finesse, grounded in nature and elevated by futurism.
