The Vice President was admitted to AIIMS after complaining of restlessness and chest pain at 2 pm.
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar (73 years) has been admitted to Delhi AIIMS. He complained of restlessness and chest pain late at night. He was then admitted to AIIMS at around 2 am on Sunday.
According to PTI, he is currently in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) under the supervision of Dr. Rajiv Narang, Head of the Department of Cardiology. His condition is stated to be stable. Health Minister JP Nadda himself has gone to AIIMS to get information about his health.
PM Narendra Modi went to AIIMS Hospital on Sunday and met Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar (73) and inquired about his health. He wrote on X- AIIMS went and asked about the health of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar ji. I pray for his good health and early recovery.
Central Health Matri JP Nadda also visited AIIMS this morning and he also inquired about the health of Dhankhar. According to PTI, he is currently in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) under the supervision of Dr. Rajiv Narang, Head of the Department of Cardiology. His condition is stated to be stable.

Dhankhar is a resident of Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan On 18 May 1951, Jagdeep Dhankhar, born in an ordinary farmer family in Jhunjhunu district, was early education in the village. Then his admission was done at Sainik School Chittorgarh. Dhankhar was selected in the NDA (National Defense Academy), but he did not go. He graduated from Rajasthan University. After this, studied LLB. Had started advocating by staying in Jaipur.
Vice President has been the Governor of Bengal 70 -year -old Jagdeep Dhankhar was appointed as the 28th Governor of Bengal on 30 July 2019 by President Ram Nath Kovind. He was a Lok Sabha MP from Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan from 1989 to 1991. From 1989 to 1991, VP Singh and Chandrashekhar were also Union Ministers.
