The accident occurred at 4 am on Monday morning on the Pahareva bypass of Khitaula. The injured have been admitted to the Sihora Health Center for treatment. Collector Deepak Saxena, SP Sampat Upadhyay, ASP Suryakant Sharma reached the spot as soon as the incident was known. Then the injured went to Sihora Civil Hospital.
The Collector instructed Sihora SDM to treat the injured. The police-administration team has informed the families of the injured about the accident. After the post -mortem of the dead bodies, the Jabalpur district administration has started preparing to take them to Karnataka.
The jeep was removed with the help of a crane after the accident.
