Indian Navy Gives Emergency Medical Help to Baloch Fishing Vessel Near Oman Pakistani Crew

Indian Navy Helps Pakistani Fisherman: An Indian Navy warship posted in the central region of the Arabian Sea helped Pakistani fishermen. Immediately important medical assistance was given to the injured member of the Pakistani crew riding on a fishing ship near the Oman coast. The Navy gave this information on Sunday (April 06, 2025).

INS Trikand, a ‘Stealth Frigate’ posted on the Indian Navy mission, received a message of crisis from Irani boating Al Omidi, which was operated about 350 knots from the Oman coast on Friday, after which it immediately intervened and helped and took it out of the crisis.

Navy of injured fisherman helped

The Navy said in a release that investigation revealed that a member of the boat crew was injured while working on the engine. His fingers were seriously hurt and his condition was critical. He was shifted to another boat called FV Abdul Rehman Hanjia going to Iran.

11 Pakistani and Iran had five personnel present

The Navy said, “Trikand immediately changed his path to provide medical assistance to the injured member. F.V. Abdul Rahman Hanzia had 11 Pakistani in Hanzia’s crew, including nine in Baluchistan and two from Sindh province. Apart from this, five Iran personnel were also present. A member of Balochistan was injured. His bone was broken and severe hand injuries, resulting in a lot of bleeding.

It said that Medical Officer of INS Trikand, Marx (Marine Commando) and a team of the ship’s ‘boarding team’ provided medical assistance to the injured.
