Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Minister Ataullah Tarar claimed a video on social media and claimed to attack India in the next 24-36 hours.
Pakistan has claimed that India can take military action against it in the next 24-36 hours. Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Minister Ataullah Tarar claimed this at a press conference late Wednesday night.
Tarar said that he has received reliable intelligence that India can do so on the pretext of Pahalgam incident. He said that Pakistan itself has been a victim of terrorism and understands the pain of this crisis in the true sense. We have always condemned it in the world.
Tarar said that if India makes any military attack, Pakistan will give a definite and tough answer to it. He said that we will protect Pakistan’s sovereignty and regional integrity at all costs.
Minister said- India is avoiding investigation
Tarar said that Pakistan has openly offered a trusted, transparent and independent investigation to find out the truth of the Pahalgam attack, but India wants to avoid investigation and adopt the path of confrontation. Its entire region will have disastrous consequences.
The Pakistani minister said that the international community should be cautious with this. India will be fully responsible for any further danger and result.
Earlier, Pakistan Defense Minister Khwaja Asif also said in an interview on Monday that India is going to attack soon. Asif said that the coming days will be very important. Many Gulf countries, including China and Saudi Arabia, are trying to stop the ongoing struggle between the two countries. If something happens, it will happen in 2-3 days only.
However, the very next day, Asif retreated from his statement that his talk was wrongly presented. However, he said that Pakistan is on high alert.

India has banned the X account of Pakistani Defense Minister Khwaja Asif in India. Khwaja Asif was making anti -India statements from his social media account since the Pahalgam terror attack.
Pak army bid- India is sending terrorists
At the same time, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif, head of the media wing of the Pakistani Army, accused India of promoting terrorism in a press briefing on Tuesday evening. Sharif claimed that the Pak army arrested Abdul Majeed, a Pakistani citizen, near the Jhelum River on 25 April, which India trained.
According to Sharif, Abdul has recovered an IED of 2.5 kg, two mobiles and 70 thousand rupees. The army further said to recover an Indian drone and Rs 10 lakh cash from Abdul’s house.

Pakistani Army Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif said that India has not presented a single evidence related to Pakistan being a hand in the Pahalgam attack.
PAK claims- Abdul was contact with Indian officer
Sharif showed a screenshot of Abdul’s conversation with Alexander’s name during the press conference. Sharif claimed that a person named Sikander is a Junior Commission Officer (JCO) in the Indian Army, named Subedar Sukhwinder.
Sharif claimed that this work included three Indian officials, who are as follows-
1. Commanding Officer in Jammu and Kashmir- Sandeep Verma (Sameer)
2. Subedar Sukhwinder (Alexander)
3. Subedar Amit (Adil Aman)

UN General Secretary interacted with Jaishankar-Shahbaz Sharif
United Nations General Secretary Antonio Guterres on April 29, 2025, India’s Foreign Minister S.K. Different telephone talks with Jaishankar and Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. Guterres appealed to the two leaders to reduce stress and avoid conflict.
Guterres condemned the Pahalgam terror attack in a conversation with Jaishankar. He emphasized that the culprits should be held legally accountable. He also advised India to work responsibly and take restraint.
At the same time, Shahbaz Sharif dismissed the allegations of being involved in Pakistan’s Pahalgam attack during a conversation with the UN General Secretary. He told Guterres that the UN should help in resolving the Jammu and Kashmir disputes according to the proposals of the United Nations Security Council.
