ICC Champions Trophy Best Playing XI: The ICC has announced the best team of the Champions Trophy 2025. This team also includes the 12th best player. The interesting thing is that not a single player of veteran teams like Pakistan, Australia and England has got a place in the Best playing XI. Five Indians are among the best 11 players of the Champions Trophy. Four of New Zealand and 2 Afghanistan players have also been placed in the Best Playing XI of the Champions Trophy.

The five Indian players in the Best Team of the Champions Trophy 2025 are Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul, Mohammed Shami and Varun Chakraborty. At the same time, an Indian (Akshar Patel) has also been given a place as the 12th player. Virat Kohli scored 218 runs in this entire tournament, while Shreyas Iyer scored 243 runs. Iyer was also the highest run -scorer for India in the Champions Trophy 2025. Both Mohammed Shami and Varun Chakraborty made a huge contribution in making India the winner, taking 9-9 wickets.
