According to the meteorological center Shimla, there can be mild snow in the higher parts of Chamba, Kinnaur, Kullu and Lahaul Spiti today. The weather is forecast to remain clear in other areas.

44 percent clouded from normal since March
The state has received 90 percent less rainfall than normal in January and February. But in the first 10 days of March, 44 percent more clouds than normal have rained. From March 1 to 10, the state receives an average of 34.9 mm of rain, but this time it is 50.4 mm of cloud.
Kullu district received 168 percent more than normal and Mandi has received 101 percent more rainfall. Una is the only district in the state where there was 27 percent less rainfall than normal in March.
